Yes, that IS a swastika. But, the swastika is a sacred symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism religion. Even in some Native American tribes, it is a symbol of good luck and success.
In the early 20th century, the Nazi's decided to esentially bastardize and steal the sacred symbol, saying that it would symbolize the aryan movement.
Perhaps, to clarify his surfboard's intentions, Jamie Foxx should have picked up one with lotus flowers and buddahs on it.

82. The hindu version has for dots and wikipedia, the one on Jamie's board is the Nazi swastika next to a jewish star of david, no less. It's a symbol of hate and racism. Whoever calles that a peace sign needs to just say no to the drugs they're taking.

84. Maybe he just didn't notice it. I can't imagine any person of color (I AM BLACK TOO) running around with that symbol on purpose. Yes, I know it originally was a symbol of piece, but we are well beyond that now. If it had been blacks in Western Europe at that time the Nazi's would have been coming after us just the same or worse. I'm sure Mr. Foxx knows that too. It was an accident, GET REAL.
