Hudgens Accused of Being a Big Stiff

Vanessa Hudgens sent a photo of herself to a guy and inscribed it with this: "Johnny, thank you for everything, without you, I would be no where, we will make it BIG- Vanessa Hudgens. Sweet." Now Johnny is suing her.

According to the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Johnny Vieira claims in May 2005, he and Hudgens entered into a production agreement to launch Vanessa's career. Vieira claims they had a deal to "share equally" in the fruits of their labor. He says the agreement was approved by the court because she was a minor.

Vieira says after "High School Musical" became a hit, she dumped him and they entered into a settlement agreement. He says she's been violating that deal and owes him more than $2 million.

Johnny on the spot is suing for more than $5 mil.

31. I feel sorry for this guy, it's obvious he is not doing very well to come up with a dirty little ploy like this after so long.
Sound's to me like a very desperate attempt at getting a piece of the pie that Vnnessa has made for herself with her own hard work and determination. Sure, she has had quite a bit of help over the years from many people but it is her own talent that has got her where she is now and after High School Musical she has had many projects and maybe felt she needed to move in another direction without this guy as he was obviously not right for her and her career.
Vanessa could have entered into some type of agreement but this note is definately not a written agreement of any kind. This clearly states that she is grateful for the help with her career but does not state in any way that she will return this gratitude in money. Girl's can be naive when they ae younger and write notes etc and this will be taken into concideration and I dont think that this note can be taken in any way as a written agreement of payment.

American law is very different to British law and or that reason it could go either way. This in my opinion should not even go to court as it's very silly and should be thrown out in my opinion as it's very clear what he is after in this case. It's so silly and would be treated as such in a British court of law, it seem's to me that in Ameruca these day's people can sue for just about anything, come in with next to no eveidence and they may win for no apparent reason.

I hope that the judge throws this out of court if not he will see it for what it really is, a money grabbing attempt if ever I saw one.

Vanessa has definately paid her dues in the last few year's for some naive mistakes but his guy is a leech and should be treated like one.
