1. Back in his Karate Kid days, Ralph Maccio bore an uncanny resemblance to my young brother-in-law, Mark. They looked so much alike it was downright spooky - not so much anymore. Ralph looks like a nice guy! "Wax on, wax off" LOL!

3. I had some friends over this weekend, one of their girlfriends is only 20. During conversation, (don't ask me why), Corey Haim was brought up. She says, "Isn't that the guy that was taught Karate by that old man?" I had to school her on the various teen idols /flicks of the 80's. Afterward, I drank my Metamucil, watched Murder She Wrote, and promptly headed to bed at 5:45 pm.
Damn, was it really that long ago?

8. Personally, I think he's aged nicely. Kind of hot. Can't believe he's that old though. Seems like yesterday I was in awe by the fact that part of that movie (Karate Kid) was filmed a few blocks from my house!
