Macchio, who has been married for 21 years and has two children, played himself in a recent episode of "Entourage."

Ralph's parents own a western ranch in Lake George, NY.

62. I just saw The Karate Kid with my 15 year old daughter yesterday, her first time, my ???. Ralph Macchio has that hot Italian guy look now! Sweet. :)
