The hairstyle is called "dredlocks", it's a cultural thing, a closed mind like yours wouldn't understand. .................I guess I'm close-minded because I think it looks like a pile of sh*T. 54. I agree with most of the anti-Whoopi comments, I dont get it either why is she on TV? Hate to be mean but she is horrible to look at, she does nothing to change her disgusting look. Knarly teeth, those stupid glasses fat as hell with big giant shirts. Maybe 20-30 years ago she was somewhat funny or had an edge. She is the poster child for drive thru windows!
As for the view what a retarded show, barbera is like 100 hundred looks like crypt keeper, the bubbly black girl maybe has a ged, and the red head is about as funny as a funeral. There are some excellent on air talents of all colors, get this hen house of dumb dumbs off the air! Oh Hasselback? Her resume'? She was on Survivor, wow!

Ha Ha. It's so funny when a black person is in a post, and everyone tries to make it some kind of problem because he/she is black. First of all, I want to state my ethnic background. My mom is French, with both of her parents having been born in France. My dad is Polish, with both of his parents having been born in Poland. As for me? I turned out to have very full lips like Angie Jolie. My skin color is olive, and I tan rather than burn in the sun. Oh my hair! My hair is like most black people. I try to keep it far away from water because it's curly, wiry, and dry. I only wash it every 3-4 days, because I really need the oil in my hair to control it.

After washing it, I have to use a very wide tooth comb to get it to look half-way decent. I often wonder why I have hair like this, when my other 4 sisters have straight, smooth hair. There's no chance that my family needed an extra child to take care of, - so I know I wasn't adopted. What do I think? I think that I inherited some ancient African genes from way back when. I also NEVER had any wisdom teeth.

I think that the human race, as we know it now, really did evolve in Africa at the start. I have no problem with having African blood in me. I just wish that I had better hair.

I was acuused of turning my black daughter against blacks. Quite the contrary.She has turned me agaist blacks. Now after reading all of this on here,I think I will become full time racist. 60. i made reference to her as my daughter so I didn't have to explain myself again. I did not turn her agaist blacks.Her Mother ,daddy and Grandmother did that. They were druggies and drinkers and when she would go visit,she would come back wit horror stories.She drew her own conclusion.She didn't speak the language the blacks do but she would make fun of the way they talked.You people don't know but you think you do. This child was ridiculed at school by other blacks because she lived with a white family.Wonder why she turned against them? I have never said I didn't like Whoopi because she is black. I said she is racist. You pick the color she is racist against. I ahve never like discussions on the computer because people read something they want to read it. We never talked bad about blacks in my home because we knew someday this child might turn that against us.She kept us in stitches the way she would talk about black and mimic them. She wants an education because she doesn't want to be like the rest of her family.I am through with this subject,so fire away at me. I can take it.
