Prancing around with a lottery ticket and a pair of sensible Dorothy clogs, Whoopi Goldberg was quite the view in NYC on Monday.

The 52-year-old-Oscar-winner-turned-morning-talk-show-host knows it's all about matching your smokes to your footwear.

Smoking may kill, but it's the shoes that are murder.

76. I'm baaaack.I went home and watched The Jeffersons, Cosby Show,Different Strokes and Good times. Yep, I still don't like them. I am as racist as they come. Got pummeled for that yet I read on a LOHAN page someone told her to wash her hair it was nasty and not a word was said. I expressed myself and everyone turned it around.(not everyone)Now once again,Whoopi looks like a homeless person and looks nasty.I am racist for that comment so live with it.
