32. I think once the accident happened and Nick was held responsible Linda decided it was time to bail. She was worried who might get their hands on the money. Now she's slinging any mud she can, but the bottom line for her is money.

34. Hulk has a son in jail and the young man has married a gentleman name Bubba and he could not go to his own sons wedding. Hulk should not worry because Nick will bring Bubba to the house to live when they both get out of jail. I hope Nick and Bubba have a long happy life together!!!!!!!!!!!

36. When I first started watching the Hogan's, I really respected their way of raising Brooke and Nick, now I'm disgusted. I'm ashamed of myself for believing in the parents. They are both a joke and ALL of their money should go to that boy that was seriously injured. He fought for us and was willing to risk his life in the military but now the Hogans are putting his life on the line for the THIRD time..........military, accident and medical costs. Yes, accidents are accidents, mistakes happen, especially w/ teenagers, but if I, especially, were in the monetary position of the Hogan's and someone in my family caused that accident, I would give them everything I had. They should be so ashamed of themselves, but they make it all too obvious that they;re not, shame on them.

38. It is common practice to put money into LLCs so it does not exceed the federal taxable limit....so maybe the timing was off...but a lot of wealthy people do it. They also put land into LLCs so it isn't part of the estate when someone dies...

maybe you guys should do some research, people don't do this just when they think they are going to get sued....its for tax reasons also....and considering he just got a divorce, it was smart, in case something every happened to him.

An LLC for use as a liability shield? You are completely wrong TMZ. When you sue the LLC you sue the LLC, the individuals, S corps, C corps, etc attached to the LLC. Follow the paper trail. The truth is Hulk is smart he wants the world to think he has all his money in LLC's, Tax Havens abroad (Beleze, Leichtenstein, Tristan da Cunha etc.) and any other instituion you can think of. He has his meager loot in his friend Brian Nobs (Formerly of the Nasty Boys) BELLY. He took Brian Nobs to Mexico they cut his belly open and stuffed him like a pig with Hulk's loot. Of course there is a trap door, and you can guess where that is. To get the money there is a secret code I'm sure it includes pulling Brian Nobs finger and other body parts (kinda like an ATM pin) only then out comes the money.

41. My thought would be that any corporation Terry formed after the accident would not be exempt from the Graziano's reach. Any money stashed in these corporations should be fair game. Now that it's out there I'm sure that the attorneys will figure out how to get it.

I am so sick of how Hulk goes on Howard Stern and Bubba the Love Pig's show and talks like he is smarter than the system. I truly believe he will come out of this unscathed and as rich as he ever was! I only hope the Graziano's attorney cleans this family out and also takes any of Nick's earnings since he caused the damages.

Hulk's new found religion is a mix of some new age christianity that obviously is based on some self serving hedonistic theology. May the god of his understanding make him do right be these people. His soon to be ex-wife is cut from teh same cloth and hopefully she is held just as accountable.

43. #40 By I hate the Bollea Family--his new age religion is a hoax like the cross he put on to impress the judge--he really makes it too obvious he is faking but then Hulk is really stupid. Hulk makes fun of Linda and how her lawyers are making a fool of her--did he ever think his lawyer and new age religion is making a fool of him? Seems they sucker him into believing things that never happen.

He's probablly wearing thinking it will make him look good infront of the judge. As a Catholic, I take offense that he is wearing a rosary around his neck.
