31. Seriously people … David Archuleta is the nicest young man imaginable … the epitome of strong American family and moral values. I attribute this to his parents … YES JEFF ARCHULETA can take lots of credit. Archie could let the fame go to his head, but I think his father helps to keep him grounded. Just look at how David Archuleta has behaved over the past 3 months since the AI finale … it’s pure “Disney”. He was the perfect contestant, a most gracious runner-up, and the most humble and appreciative guy (in terms of all fans) on tour. He has been very accessible to his fans at all times (unlike Mr. Cook); he hasn’t been linked to girls with a less than stellar reputation (unlike Mr. Cook); and he is being rewarded with CRUSH being a huge success (sales expected to exceed TOML). Bravo Archie!! Bravo Jeff too!!

32. You people seriously need to stop using TMZ as your ONLY source of news. I happened to be at the DC and Philadelphia shows. This is nothing but pure fabrication. We were lucky enough to have meet-and-greet passes. Before the show, his father Jeff came out to advise the crowd that David was being interviewed and would not be out to sign autographs. His dad was asked by a few people to take pics and sign a few autographs, which he politely did. David Arcuhuleta did come out for a few minutes after he was finished with all of his interviews. After the show, David signed at least 500 autographs. I understand TMZ is nothing more than a tabloid website and obviously does not like David A or Jeff or both, but at least you could have a fact checker before posting this stuff.

34. Haha. I saw this person with the camera and I'm like..I betcha that is TMZ..I love TMZ's guts.
I was going to get my picture taken with Archie's dad just as a joke, but he wouldn't come over to me. Oh yeah, and when David Cook was holding that baby, if you see the elbow with the white shirt hanging off the side of the fence thing, that's me! He kept walking by me!

35. Just wanted to clarify: Archie's Dad was out there signing autographs, TMZ did NOT fabricate such a story, but just maybe your daughter & her friend did. We have plenty of pictures as well as TMZs film. Daddy needs to check his sources. Also, thought I should take a moment to clarify that David Cook was the first one out there and the last to go in. He and MJohns signed the longest.

37. This is a complete LOAD OF BULL!! I went to the Homecoming in SLC, to the barricades for autographs before and after the Tacoma, WA and Pittsburgh, PA concerts, as well as the afterconcert party in PA. I saw Jeff TWICE out of the six events. He signed autographs for no one, period. Meanwhile, David was writing as fast as his fingers could fly all six times. And, believe me, there were TONS of people who were clamoring for autographs, pictures, hugs, conversation. David was friendly and gracious, but he really tried to get to everyone, and there were hundreds and hundreds of people total.

I've heard of a few people who've asked for an autograph from Jeff because they wanted to show their support. They're aware that a nice guy has been bashed for no good reason, a guy who helped raise an incredible young man in David. The kid is happy, well-adjusted, good-hearted and kind, beloved of all who know him on top of being an amazingly talented young man.

My estimate is that Jeff is signing autographs at 1 to 1,000 of David's, if that. This article is the typical swill from TMZ. So, consider the source. From what I've seen having attended SIX signing occasions, this article is complete fabrication. LIES, and nothing short of it.

38. will tmz be in florida when david archuleta will be seen again with phillip daggett? it has been rumored for a long time that archuleta and daggett are involved in a gay relationship, but it is true. they were seen together in june in boston before the tour began, they were seen together even after the tour began while they were again in the massachusetts area, and now phillip daggett will be in the tampa, fl area when idol is touring there. boston newspapers ran stories about archuleta sightings in the boston area, and it even made national news online, just look at this link. rumors about david archuleta and phillip daggett being involved in a gay relationship are 100% true. archuleta was spotted in boston with daggett in june just as said to be happening in other rumors and it was even put into the city papers in boston as well as national internet news at this link,

you need to check out a website online which is the hollywood gossip, a couple links will be below and look at the comments. these are not just rumors and the talk has been going on for months.

phillip daggett is said to be leaving the boston area and going to tampa, fl this week, possibly even tomorrow or tuesday. he will either be flying, departing from logan airport, or taking the greyhound bus to tampa. I will be finding out first thing tomorrow morning which of the two it is. I will also have the departure times and locations from boston and the arrival date and time in tampa, fl. I will send aother email tip to you tomorrow to fill you in on more that I find out. if you have anyone in the massachusetts or florida area, now is the time to jump on this. daggett is also said to have something in the works in the film industry.

41. After watching this video, I understood why people hate paparzzi. I can see why someone would want to beat them up at the beach. This guy is a tool. Jeff A. was kind enough to sign something when someone asked, which I think is a kind thing to do (even though I have no idea why someone would make that request). This 'reporter' is obviously looking to cause trouble and sholuldn't have anyone's respect.

45. I have watched TMZ and it is slop journalism. They are better off sticking with the Lindsey Lohan, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton gossip stories instead of making up "daddy dearest" crap. Jeff's parenting skills are way above the parenting skills of these girls.
