Lets Get This Party Started
Madge Wants No Mercy from Africa

OK, all together now: Madonna is not, repeat not, adding another African baby to her Kabbalabrood.

The tabs were poppin' yesterday that Madge had become mama to a little girl from Malawi, a three-year-old girl named Mercy James. A Malawian adoption minister was quoted in a Brit paper saying that Madge's people were visiting the girl. "Madonna has not made an attempt to adopt this baby earlier this year or now," said Madonna's mouthpiece to Us.

But let's review – didn't she say the same thing about David Banda way back when? We'd keep an eye on this one.

So Was It Jen Who Dropped the Ax?

Not since the Warren Commission have there been so many conspiracy theories bandied about.

And if it wasn't the dog Norman that broke up Jen Aniston and John Mayer, then perhaps it was Jen that pulled the trigger on the pairing. "She finds him funny, sexy, and very talented," says an Aniston pal to the Chicago Sun-Times. But in the end, Jen wanted "stability and loyalty" in a relationship, and so it had to end with JM.

Yesterday, we tried to suss out how Johnnifer went to the dogs.

K-Fed Feasting His Eyes on a New Brit

It worked out pretty well for him the first time, so could Kevin Federline be hunting for another Britney?

Federleeze was at Coco de Ville the other night, reports the New York Post, and was caught "staring at Brittny Gastineau while she was waiting in line for the bathroom" – always the most attractive image of a woman. But even after the vowel-challenged sublebrity did her thing, K-Fed "wouldn't stop checking her out, up and down."

Too bad for the Fedz: Apparently she wasn't interested.

Party Favors: Someone Actually Wants Affleck's Sweaty Suit ... Southfork Ranch Revived ... Julia Child Was a Spy

Somewhere, clearly, the economy is not in the crapper: A guy with way too much money bought the suit that Ben Affleck wore in "Daredevil" for $60,000 on LiveAuctioneers.com. No word on whether the stench of suckiness was removed from the suit before sale. ... J.R., Sue Ellen, Bobby, and the rest of the Ewing clan will be getting together in November for a reunion celebrating the 30th anniversary of the show. ... Julia Child worked for the OSS, as we all know, and in her application for the job, as newly-released files reveal, she was worried about her "impulsiveness."

16. Good for Jen. Everyone needs stability and loyalty in a relationship. If that isn't there, then dump it and move on.
She doesn't look unhappy so must be working for her.

19. C'mon people. jennifer Anniston has been linked to 20 men, half as many as kate Hudson. When are you white peole going to realize that they either have frozen coochie or that they make terrible girlfriends. Brad Pitt et al, all had buyers remorse. You will link her with another guy by the end of the month and that one will fizzle too. its not the men, it wasnt Brad. its Jennifer! Stop gloating over her!

20. John Mayer's interest in Jennifer Aniston obviously waned as time went on. That was a short lived romance. Too bad for Jen, she shouldn't have wasted her time or energy. Female hormones make you crazy and unable to make the right decisions. She should have her hormone levels checked. Menopause isn't too far away for her.

23. There is nothing to understand or figure out about what went "wrong" between Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer! Seriously! PR STUNT FOLKS! Timed perfectly to coincide with Angelina Jolie showing up at Cannes preggo, again, with Brad Pitt's baby(ies) and ending right after the whole twin pic media record-setting hoopla died down. He had a tour unrelated to a new CD/material to promote and sell tickets to...it was a win/win arrangement for the both of them professionally and for publicity. The problem is, John Mayer will be blamed as a serial dating scoundrel who may not have the fan base or bankable talent that Brad Pitt has had to ride out the blame game by Aniston's peeps. Aniston will, of course, be portrayed as the hapless victim yet again. And of course, ultimately, Brad will also be blamed for this relationship failure as well seeing as her fans feel he was obliged to stay married to her even though he wanted kids and she did not. Jennifer Aniston employs master PR people who always spin things in her favor and her fans eat it up. But, I am noticing a trend that I like. More and more people are beginning to see a pattern with Jennifer that just doesn't jive with her statements and her publicity about wanting marriage and kids and never bought the John Mayer deal and actually he cost her alot of credability as a "class act" to date a known scoundrel such as Mayer. I deliciously look forward to the day when the truth finally comes out and it is all Jennifer's fault! Not even Oprah is calling...what is up with that? She literally kept Jennifer in the public eye for two years when she had absolutely no work! Maybe I should go google Oprah's slated guest appearances and see when Jennifer Aniston is due next...as I might be speaking out of turn and she may be on next week! I don't know, I don't watch Oprah...but I see all the press over Aniston's appearances on her show.

24. I just accidently stumbled onto the "article" where this story and short quote is taken from. The full quote, although not the whole story, reads:

"Above everything else, Jennifer is looking for stability and loyalty in a relationship," opines another Aniston mole, who then unwisely plays up the public's perception of the former Mrs. Brad Pitt as an unlucky-in-love pity partier. "She still is hurting from losing Brad to Angelina [Jolie] -- even after all this time."
