Romo Calls BS -- Underwood's a Phoney

Carrie Underwood, Tony RomoTony Romo calls plays. He doesn't call Carrie Underwood.

Sources close to the Cowboys QB tell TMZ Tony "is not calling Carrie" -- despite a recent interview she gave implying that she's ducking Romo's calls.

In fact, Tony's been spending all sorts of "quality time" with on-again-off-again-back-on-again girlfriend Jessica Simpson -- we even got the proof when they left dinner together in Malibu over the weekend.

Unfortunately for Cowboys fans, it doesn't look like your team jinx is going anywhere.

16. First, Romo probably calls Carrie as a friend would. Especially when he gets tired of Jessica's Daddy playing the shots. He obviously can't share his real opinion of her family so..he calls Carrie. Probably most of the time she answered and listened as friend would. But since all the "Jessica doesn't like Romo calling Carrie" articiles. She now says that "most" of the time she doesn't answer.

BTW, Carrie is very sweet, loving and caring and have a voice that is pure gold. Jessica? Has boobs and a ok voice.

24. What does spending time with jessica have to do with whether or not he's calling carrie. Sounds to me like romo got called out and is now trying to make sure jessica dosen't believe it. He can still be with jessica and still using his phone to call carrie. I believe carrie.

26. Carrie U. would NOT lie about this and that Romo guy is now humiliated and trying to appease the bimbo. The guy must be desperate for some strange reason to stay with Jessica Simpson. Is she his beard and was Carrie just a friend? Something just does not add up with that boy.

All I can say is Nick was blessed when that situation ended with her and her VERY strange family.

Regarding Carrie and Jessica - Carrie's fanny would make Jessica a Sunday face.

28. It you read the article carefully, it never says Tony denied it. It is the same old thing about inside "sources" say this or that. It is silly to think she would make that up when she knows he can read it and hear about it. I want to see him deny it to her face. My cell phone bill has ever call received and made from a cell phone so she could probably prove it anyway. If she finished the story, she probably meant something more along the lines that she does not know whether to answer it because if she talked to him, it would just cause more drama. She never said she thought he wanted her back and in the same article, she said they were never that serious anyway. She has always said it is not how the media portrayed it and they were always just good friends with a lot on common that went out as friends a couple times. Jessica started all this first with the t-shirt so why not put it out there since they always try to act like she would want him back - when she says they were always just friends.

30. Of course he tried to call her. It does not ever say he denied it. It only quotes "soucres" which TMZ could have just made up. Besides, Carrie has always said they were always just friends. and never said she thought he wanted her back. She could probably prove it anyway by her cell phone bill. My bill has every cell phone call received and sent. Why would she make that up when she knows he will read it. Lets see him deny it personally. She probably just was trying to say that she did not know if she should pick it up and possibly cause more drama - like dram between Tony and Jessica. Jessica started it with the t-shirt and Tony was with her in the picture so why would she want to talk to him.
