52. Madge, do yourself a favor. For your birthday fix the gap between your teeth and color in your roots. Whatever the haircolorists say, it isn't cool to go around wearing a reverse version of a skunk hairstyle. If not, go back to your original hair color, change your hairdo and by all means get rid of those manly, looking arms. Don't prance around on stage like a half dressed teenager anymore. Dress more age appropriately. You're over a half century old, now. Surprise us and age gracefully.

58. You people are speaking from ignorance. Madonna may have had a few things done but she has most definitely not had MAJOR work done. She is a beautiful woman, whether you like her or not. She is stunning in that second picture and does not look fake. I still don't get why she always has that old-lady 'do but she's still beautiful and in amazing shape.
