17. All I have to say is I give kuddos to shayna for being the woman she is. She is not trying to be someone she aint. I agree about them deserving there privacy BUT when he became and actor he gave up that right. Now while he is at home or she is at home they should be left alone. Shayna seems to be stuck in the hippie period and that is ok. Like 2 or 3 yrs ago everyone was converting back to the hippy period with bellbottoms and all and noone seemed to wanna make fun then, it was the style. Atleast she is not using her son to get things and you are not seeing her down on Rodeo Drive. She hasnt changed her ways to make us (you) happy she has stayed the same as always.

21. Come on people! For those of you who really DO love and respect your mother, how would you feel if someone said things like that about her?!?! Think about it! Mothers are very special because they carry you for 9 months, go through excruciating pain to deliver you, feed you, bathe you, wipe your dirty butt for a while along with putting up with your whining and making messes! Shayna is awesome and beautiful in my eyes not to mention she produced a GORGEOUS son!!! Give her a break!!!

22. Must be a slow day at the office when you have to resort to camping outside of someone's house and filming their mother. She provided you with no ammo, so you sank to a petty level. Man...what a shame, it degrades you guys and your program. Don't pick on a kid's sweet mother...and stop being creepy and filming outside of his home. There have got to be more exciting things going on at the Ivy. This poor guy that is stationed at Shia's house just needed a paycheck. Please sow some respect and have some boundaries!

Is that wrong? NO.
Should they be verbally bashing her because she doesn't live up to 'Hollywood' standards? NO.

She is a human being, living her life, she didn't apply to be an actor. She just happens to be the mother to a man who decided to take the route of 'actor'.
So I don't think TMZ is being entirely fair in the mom-bashing here. Find something else to make fun of, this is just in bad taste.
