John Mayer: I Didn't Want to Waste Her Time

We're guessin' if John Mayer keeps his subscription to Us Weekly, he'll only use it if Jennifer Aniston ever comes over again with Norman and the pooch does his business.

Mayer was indignant at reports his relationship with Jen was torpedoed because he cheated. He says, "I ended a relationship to be alone, because I didn't want to waste someone's time." All the "cheating" stories are cheap lies, Mayer says, adding, "It's the most normal thing in the world" when a relationship runs its course.

And he challenged 20% of Americans who are too wussy to get out of relationships that don't work.

After railing on the mags, Johnny boy has some serious superlatives for Jen.

61. She will always have problems with men. All the guys say her "swimming hole" is too large. Ain't no fun in that.

62. I wouldn't date this dork for any amount of money or fame. He's annoying and very average in looks and talant. Jennifer made a bad choice, but guess she had to learn the hard way. BTW, you little twits...39 isn't old. You're probably 18-22 and will NEVER be as successful or attractive. So use the term old...it's all you have!

65. John Mayer needs to cut the bull. She dumped his boring attention whoring ass because he didn't rock her boat in bed. Why is he even responding to the media about his relationship with Jennifer Aniston any way? So he can get more attention like always. The tabloids are going to make up what they feel will sell papers regardless of what he says. He was the one chasing her in the beginning anyway. Blowing her text msgs up and running out to florida. So what famous chick will he be chasing next? John needs to concentrate on his music and find a normal chick who will put up with his crap.

69. Jennifer Aniston is not known for staying classy and quiet. She was the one who spoke out first about the triangle to Vanity Fair, and with her it's always Me Me Me Me. And then when she's done trashing everyone, blaming everyone, while still talking about only herself, her favorite subject, her handlers announce she's taking a little "me" time. Lol. What a fricken loser. Get out there Jen! Make it clear who did the dumping! That You dumped John! Because that's what your life is, a high school me me me me merry-go-round where there's nothing more important in the world than making you you you look good.

70. "I DIDN'T WANT TO WASTE HER TIME" means ; "JENNIFER ANISTON'S CLOCK IS TICKING AND JOHN MAYER DOESN'T WANT TO FATHER HER CHILDREN".

72. Amen! He fancies a girl. Dates her, gets emotionally envolved. Realizes they are not headed in the same direction and ends it. Dying and being reborn happens constantly in life, if we're "living it right". Leave the poor guy alone. Jen too. What "deaths" do WE each need to face and move through in our own lives? It IS totally the way it should be. It's pathwork. Leave it alone.

74. LOVE this guy, LOVE his music. He says it like it is and people can't handle it. He is sooo right on about people being in relationships for the wrong reasons. People would rather be miserable than alone. If it isn't right, GET OUT. It really is quite simple.

75. People are slamming John but I don't think he deserves it. Jen isn't exactly a prize catch. I'm happy that he ended this relationship and got out sooner rather than later. Now he can concentrate on his music and not have to deal with someone who seems to be needy and clingy. She seems emotionally unstable and I think men get tired of having to deal with her and they dump her. Dating Jen was a big mistake on his part and I'm glad he came to realize this. I just can't imagine what was going through his head in the first place.
