Ryan Buell and Chad Rogers are definitely the same person. As a big fan of Paranormal State and a believer of the whole thing, I was devastated to just now see my first episode of Million Dollar Listing. It seems that the series is a rebroadcast of shows shown a few years ago. Chad, or whatever his true name is, who should now be 31 years old, is now a college student chasing ghosts and evil spirits under the name Ryan Buell. Obviously, he is an actor and both shows are complete fiction with all actors. I can't understand how it's legal to pass off fiction as reality on tv. There should be a law against that. I just won't be able to trust, and hence watch, these kinds of shows anymore.

OMG Chad's hair, I had that style when I was 5 years old in the 70's. it's called a bowl cut for a reason, though his looks more like it was cut around an army helmet then a bowl.
