21. Michael Phelps definitely. Endurance and a hard body go a long way! To all the people who say Phelps looks like a "retard" I'm sure he heard that all the time when he was picked on as a kid. Very mature by the way. Although he doesn't seem to care what people like you think. He's an American hero and mulit-millionaire, what can you say about yourself?

23. It's alot of fun to pretend Mens and Womens "RELATIONSHIP VALUE" can be judged on the same scale but it's just not true. A young man like the swimmer here lacks the life experience and maturity the older actor has. Most teen - twenties Women are afraid of males thier own age because they are physically and emotionally dangerous. Making a baby with the young swimmer will however generate hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars income for family lawyers divorce lawyers as well as older male and especially female cival servents who will provide the "STRUCTURED PC RELATIONSHIP GUIDANCE" that the older actor brought to the relationship table for free(the best things in life are free). peace love harmony

26. Michael phelps all the way all day straight up. he got the most cutest smile he looks so nice and gentle and he's atheletic not to mention the worlds best olympian to me i like his attitube not just cause he gets media attention or has a super hot body im mesmerize by his smile love it!!

28. I think Michael Phelps is adorable. He is talented and has an attractive body. He has a DUI, yeh, but he dealt with it like an adult, which is more than can be said for most of these Hollywood celebrities.
The comments about his face looking "retarded" are quite offensive to him (if he bothered to take the time to be offended by such childish remarks...8 Olympic gold medals enough said) AND to people with mental problems.
I think it awesome that he is 23 and so accomplished! Many guys from my generation are not that focused.
As for Clooney, he is attractive but a little "long in the tooth" and seems to have a fear of commitment past a few months.

29. Michael Phelps, hands down! Not only does he have a perfect body- but he has a wonderful attitude and sets a fine example for all to follow with regard to pursuing your dreams. He is the embodiment of how hard work and perseverance can be rewarded- and it doesn't hurt that he is so sexy!...any girl would be lucky to land him.
