Winehouse Not Back in Rehab Yet

Any WinehouseVegas probably has 50-50 odds Amy Winehouse will check into rehab at any given moment -- but we're hearing you'd lose that bet today.

Winey's people have cracked down on reports that the undone Londoner is holed up in a rehab facility getting clean (and we mean more than a good wash).

Amy's rep told us: "The recent stories about Amy going into rehab near Blake's prison are not true."

20. This disaster isn't even 30!
She needs to get locked in rehab or just die already. it's painful to even watch.

22. Her parents have tried so hard to help her--don't blame them. She is a completely self-absorbed addict, and no one is going to be able to save her. I bet she'll be dead within a year.

24. #20 pattie - Thank you, well said. This whole thing is so sad, and I'm amazed at the cruelty of some of the comments about Amy. I happen to be a fan of her music, but even if I weren't, I certainly wouldn't wish her dead. It will be a shame if she self-destructs completely...I really hope she decides to live, and seeks help. Either way, I'll keep her in my prayers. She is the same age as my beautiful, smart, healthy daughter, so it really breaks my heart to see what Amy has done to herself.
