Team Blonsky Uses Nuclear Bomb in Petty Case

Nikki Blonsky and her dad are going all out to defend themselves in that Turks and Caicos bitchfight with Bianca Golden.

We've learned the Blonskys have signed up Stephen Braga, a big-time DC litigator who just got Martin Tankleff off a murder rap in New York after 17 years in prison -- a very big deal in NYC. And get this -- they've even got a P.I. involved, Jay Salpeter, who helped Braga win the Tankleff case.

All this for a little airport slapfight? We're told Eleine Golden, Bianca's mom, who was injured in the fight, is prepared to go crazazy after the Blonskys and they want to dig up all the dirt they can. They'll be back in court in December.

Reps for Golden couldn't be reached for comment.

If you watch the video taken by an eye witness, people from Biancas group went over and started trouble with Nikki. She was punched in the head 4 times, choked, and her foot was bitten. If this was happening to my child, I would do whatever I had to to get the people off of her, whoever they were.

As for the seats, Nikki was saving seats for her family in the airport lounge, not seats on the plane *sigh* And Nikki said the person could have one of the seats, but someone in Golden's group said he didn't want to sit next to the white bitch. THIS is the racism in the interaction, not from Nikki.

I can't believe that this reality TV bitch has tarnished the developing reputation of a really sweet girl at the beginning of her career. She and her insane mother should be ashamed. And punished legally.

18. You're absolutely right, Jennifer. Weight has absolutely nothing to do with the issue and, as usual, people don't get all of the information straight before commenting.

Whoever got there first should have had the seats. End of story. Geez people, grow up and start being nicer to each other.

Beth, it is terrible that Bianca is an immature, pathetic, female (obviously I can't call her a lady) felt she needed to blindside Nikki as she was sitting in the chair. GROW UP! Mr. Blonsky was protecting his daughter from another worthless excuse for a human being-Bianca's mother. Hopefully he kicked some since into her. She needs to be prosecuted as well!!!

And to you "They need Jenny, clearly they haven't called yet!!!", you need to get your facts straight before commenting. The seats weren't on the plane GENIUS! You come off as a real IDIOT, for lack of better words. If I were you I would not comment on anything again. I feel sorry for poor, dumb people like you. Your parents must be so disappointed :(
