She was just sentenced to three years for hitting a woman with a rum bottle last October. She'll get an additional seven years probation.
The victim -- a former Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader -- was hospitalized after the attack and permanently scarred.
Ms. Brat was convicted back in 2001 for misdemeanor reckless conduct.

52. Ok, first of all, some silly, air-headed little rich, white girl getting pulled over for DUI is a little different than agg. assault. This is also not her first offence. She is a danger to society and it has nothing to do with her being black. Why must you (TMZ) always make things about race. There are so many other factors in this case and race is not one of them. This young woman is a dangerous criminal and she needs to be incarcerated for her own good as well as the good of her community. When you put silly surveys about race on there, you diminish the seriousness of the story. This is about a young lady who was assaulted and permenantly scarred, not about whether DaBrat would have gotten a lighter (no pun intended) sentence if she were white.

55. A little bit much? Guys, a three year sentence will work out to a year with good behavior. But she should do it all AND more if I had my way. You don't permanently scare someone and think 3 years is too much. That woman will see Da Brat everytime she looks in the mirror. And for what?
