She was just sentenced to three years for hitting a woman with a rum bottle last October. She'll get an additional seven years probation.
The victim -- a former Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader -- was hospitalized after the attack and permanently scarred.
Ms. Brat was convicted back in 2001 for misdemeanor reckless conduct.

77. I think that this is really, really sad. Thank God, she did not kill the woman in questions, it could have been pretty easy to do with a bottle!!!! I can't help feel that were Da Brat White she would have received community service. I am not saying she should get off completely, but three years!!!!!! And Seven Probation!!!! Come on!!!! Yeah she definetly deserves to some time but put her to use somewhere, working w/at risk youth, who are as much of a bad asss as she thinks she is!

78. Well that is what you get for "keeping it real". Maybe she will "keep it real" in the pen and get shivved. Theoretical question. If she had done this to Winehouse would she have gotten a reward for improving her looks or would Winehouse snarfed all the rum down before it touched her?
