MLK's Kids Learn Nothing is Free

Martin Luther King's kids -- the ones he dreamed about -- are really at each other's throats. Can't they all just get along?

Dexter King is swinging back at his brother MLK III and sister Bernice, who already have sued him, claiming MLK III fleeced his dad's estate. In a new countersuit, Dexter alleges Martin III has been milking their dad's Center for Nonviolent Change. Dex says Martin turned a King Center reception into his "own wedding reception" and tools around in the Center's Lincoln Navigator.

Bernice doesn't get off easy: Dexter says she lit a torch on the eternal flame at their father's tomb -- to carry in a march against same-sex marriage. And Dex also says Bernice using the King Center's office space for her own organization -- and isn't paying any rent.

BTW, Dexter has hired Lin Wood -- he's the guy who repped John and Patsy Ramsey. The other Kings couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

34. Not all of the King siblings live in Georgia. Dexter lives in the Civil Rights Capitol of California - Malibu!! Last I heard he was working on a showbiz career. Dexter is sometimes referred to as "The Winner of the Lucky Sperm Award".

37. The King kids are so Financially inept, they almost let Kings tomb fall into the Cement pond in Atlanta from lack of maintenance. The reflecting pool was rarely clean the toilets were broken and finally the National Park Service was arm twisted into taking over the King Memorial. Of Course the National Park Service had to pay the King kids $Millions$ for the privilege. What a disgrace. How many more times will us taxpayers be forced to bail these perps out of bancruptcy.

39. I remember Mrs. Coretta Scott King being an early supporter of gay rights, because gays were on the front lines with her and Martin. She never forgot them. That her daughter is an anti-gay bigot is sickening. Dexter, that lives in Malibu, that Lin Wood is representing just uses the name to be an actor. All of them are a greedy disgrace.

40. I pray that my children don't turn on each other after I'm gone. That would be too painful to bear. Martin was a great man but he was a father first who keep his personnal life personal. I know he would be in great pain to see this public display. Shame on the media for attempting to turn an all too common family dispute into a scandal. They (the King kids)are people too with a heavy cross to carry...no one can live up to the great Dr. King! AND NO ONE CAN DAMAGE OR ERASE HIS LEGACY! NO ONE!!! I just hope they work it out without loosing each other. Family is all we really have.

Also y'all all have so much to say but we don't really know whats going on; just what the media wants us to hear shaped the way the want it to appear. Stay together black people: Don't give this story life. Walk away from and let this family settle thier dispute in peace.

41. How sick that his daughter would light a torch from his eternal flame to march against human rights. Doubt she can be sued over that, but that' s so backwards. Otherwise, the whole story is a shame, but there is always a fight when an estate is questioned and it doesn't take away from King's legacy.
