Gossip & Rumors
Nanny Got Brad and Angie's Goat

We started getting tips about Brad Pitt and Angelina Joile -- that they never let the kids go out in public with nannies because they want the public to see them as hands-on parents, which means the kids would basically be held hostage in the house unless their parents take them out. Absolutely not true.

We have really good spies in this department and here's what we know. As it was put to us, "Brad and Angelina don't give a f**k what the world thinks of how they're raising their kids." We're told their entire life revolves around the kids, and the houses they stay in are "dirty from the kids" -- with toys everywhere, food on the floor and fingerprints on the walls.

We're told during weekends, there is a "minimal staff" at home -- a cook and security, and that's it. The homes they stay at are often in the hills or at the beach, and security's top job is making sure the kids don't hurt themselves.

The Hollywood Hills home Brad has owned for years will soon become home base. We're told the main advantage is it's completely enclosed and the kids can roam on the property.

The best line -- "They live like people in Simi Valley, only with more zeros on the price of the home."

31. Is it supposed to be a sign of good parenting that their houses are messy? Kids are not animals: they can be taught not to make a mess and to clean up after themselves. I hate lazy parents who are too lazy to clean and who spoil their kids and let them trash the house. There is no excuse for living in a pigsty. That is NOT good parenting.

33. #18 The "little aunt Jemima" comment is WAY out of line! That is a small child for goodness' sake. Brad and Angelina can do whatever they want in their home (s) as long as those children are happy and well adjusted and well behaved when it counts! Kids act like litte hellions at home (sometimes) and as soon as they are out in public they are the best little angles in the world. Just calm down people...they aren't your kids!

34. Thank you Jen! I was thinking the same thing when I was reading all the nasty comments - these people must not have kids or are completely anal about their house. I agree, children will remember all the fun times they had not whether or not the house was spotless. I let my kids enjoy their home. It is their home too. This doesn't mean that we are infested with bugs or anything it just means that the house gets messy and at times, toys can be found on the floor, yes there are food crumbs on the floor, finger prints on the walls. Sometimes, and I know this is going to freak some people completely out - I find a juice box found under the couch from god only knows when! Gasp!

35. Good God, you people must not have children. I'm a neat freak myself and at times you just can't keep a neat as a pin house, no matter what. Who cares?? Is that what really matters in life? No one said that they aren't teaching them manners or how to clean up after themselves. When you have kids, they have stuff. The stuff goes in your house. Yes, there are fingerprints all over my sliding glass doors and mirrored closets. Oh well. None of us knows this couple intimately or their family life together. What I see are two people living life with their kids. Both parents look very, very involved in their family life and take it their parental commitments seriously. That's a lot more than you can say for probably 75% of the "stars" "celebrities" and "wealthy" Americans out there.

38. Come one! Who's expected toREALLY believe that these a holes AREN'T completely calculating when it comes to their public perception as parents as well as personal images!! Yes , it IS all that awful woman's fault!! I don't know what she's trying to prove or to whom but she just needs to get over herself already! There should be an internet pool going to calculate exactly when her career is going to be OVER! I say , age 38-40 ! Just being a decent looking skinny white woman with lip injections who takes nothing but over blown cheesy "action" roles in movies with minimal actual acting ability only takes you so far in Hollywood! I guess she's just trying to portray herself as the new Mia Farrow or Mother Teresa , Ain't Gonna Happen!! By the way, she 100% owes the way she looks ,meaning her entire career ,on her DAD ! If you saw some of his old movies and just pictured him in makeup with a brown wig, as well as a vacant ,pouty expression, you have his high and mighty daughter! No amount of hair dye , plastic surgery ,or image control will EVER make her out to be the person she so deperately wants to be..her own mother! Just face it honey , you ARE your father's daughter,in every possible way,I'm sure. Trust me I know ,just accept it and you won't drive yourself any CRAZIER!!

39. Why are we picking on Simi Valley? I would think a more suitable place to point out dirty children and horrible parenting would be Oxnard, California. Go check out that sh*thole of a place sometime. The Wal-Mart is a good place to start...

40. I didn't take it as picking on Simi Valley. I took it as they are normal people, raising their kids like normal people. Like people in Simi Valley. Just with more money. That's how it reads to me.

41. Come on, this is TMZ we are talking about here. OF COURSE they are picking on Simi Valley. It says that Brad & Angelina's house is dirty, food on the floor, etc. And that they dont give a f*ck what people think about how they raise their kids. And then saying that is like living in Simi Valley??? How is that NOT to be taken as negative. Ok, instead of picking on a nice little 16-year-old Olypian like Shawn Johnson, they are picking on a whole city of people...I mean, really??? Do you really put that past TMZ?

42. My parents had six children and we were brought up in a clean and organized home, we knew how to put our toys away and where the clothes hamper was and if food fell on the floor it was not left there. There was no nanny or house cleaner. If you decide to have six children, that means you have decided that you can take care of six children. If they are too much for you, stop adopting and stop having children. You probably should only have as many children as you can take care of.

43. I love it -- a BAD picture of precious Angelina.
Enquirer sez the kids live on Cheetos, but at least Shiloh isn't a brat like Suri.

44. I'm sure Brad and Angelina are losing sleep over what we think.
