16. Thanks for the correction. It said KSUA-TV at first, I copied and pasted it to google to see the original story and found nothing. Then I call BS and TMZ changes it to KUSA, an acutal station in Denver with the story. Nice scoop.

17. Everyone in our nation and the world knows that there will be inevitably be attempts to take Obama's life. Imagine the chaos in our country if Obama is slain...Lincoln, MLK Jr., RFK...Americans feel threatened by intelligent, progressive thinking, open minded, charasmatic leaders. The problem is racism exists and there are way more simple minded, unintelligent followers in our nation than educated leaders. America is afraid of change and ignorance in our nation runs deep...passed down through generations. Unfortunately, because I am educated and mindful of my country's history this story does not surprise me but confirms my belief that ignorance in America is bliss.

24. IT is sad that this sort of thing is still happening. I am really afraid that if he is elected he will not live out his term (I am not making a threat or anything) but there are some ignorant people who still in this day and age will judge his ability to be president on his skin color. 25. For those of you saying America is not ready for a black president they better get ready because it's about to happen. Sure there will people who want to get to him just because he's black or just because he is a dem, but that is their hang up. Saying that America is not ready for it doesn't mean black people shouldn't run for the office. And for everyone making an issue of his name, big woop. Although Barack is not a muslim what if he was? 26. Obama knows that he is more of a target because of his skin color, and this latest event is no surprise. The Secret Service has on their hands a huge order in front of them protecting Obama. Luckily, most of these "attempts," like this one, are thought up by those a little light in the mental gene pool, so most times they amount to nothing.

27. Oh, please, this is Colorado for crying out loud. Guns are about as common as in Texas or Washington state where I am from originally. I guarantee they would have been caught with this last week or next week or next month with the same items in their car. Just because it happened to coincide with the Convention does not tie them to an assassination attempt. Drama queens one and all.

28. Not surprised. His plane has had serious problems and almost emergency landing within a 3 month period. Someone really wants him dead. What are the odds that you'd have major plane issues, major. within such a short period of time. I've been flying for years and have only had one plane delay because of an issue. Very strange. Someone high up wants him gone.
