34. seriously that tipper broad needs 2 take a chill pill. i mean who died and made her the authoritarian?? i have personally known the entire Sanchez family myself for years and they are wonderful people. obviously you are not hispanic because if you were you would realize the tremendous amount of valour and respect we recognize for family. i find it hard to believe that anyone brought up in such a way could commit such an act. as for all the finger pointing at loretta for this recent so-called scandal...i say show me the FACTS, PROOF, and HARD-CORE EVIDENCE. and if there is ANY of this (which i HIGHLY doubt there is), then i would ask so what about the courageous soldier/husband and father of two? since when is the man not held accountable for his own actions? since she is a woman, the fingers are pointed at her, and she is the one called a slut? i dont think so and i greatly beg to differ you biased bi*ch!

35. Partyanimal, no need for name-calling. I have no bias against Democrats, Latinos, Latinas or women in general. I admire the respect for family in Latino culture. You are absolutely right that someone brought up to honor family respect marriage should not do what Sanchez and Einwechter have done. It is hard to believe that these two otherwise responsible people have done this. You implicitly agree that what they have done is wrong. I further agree that both parties are responsible, and I did not intend to imply that only Sanchez is at fault. But she is the one running for high office, and she is the one who purports to represent the 47th congressional district, OC, California and the Latino community. Also, as a member of Congress, she vastly out-ranked Einwechter when he was assigned to escort her, and she therefore had the greater responsibility. If she flirted with him or seduced him, it would be sexual harassment. No one is picking on Loretta because she is a woman. Rep. Vito Fossella ended his congressional career this Spring when it came to light that he initiated an affair with his female military escort during official travel. Finally, you are quite right to insist on hard proof. Unfortunately, in such cases, one rarely gets DNA, photos or other "hard" evidence. Typically, we have only the word of those who know the people and the events involved, as I do. In the end, the parties usually confess, as Edwards, Clinton, Spitzer, Foley and others have done. So, partyanimal, you should be taking the "chill pills." Maybe Latino culture should teach more respect for women. You call me a "bitch" and Rep. Baca called Rep. Sanchez a "whore." You guys don't represent your culture very well.

38. If Tippergrl's allegations were false, Loretta's lawyers would have sued TMZ for libel and removal of the comments by now. As far as I know, she hasn't even issued a denial yet. I think we all know what that means.

Loretta Sanchez's sex scandal with Jack Einwechter has all of the elements of a great political sex scandal--a sexy pol with a slutty image, a military officer, a Playboy connection, exotic international trysts, secret lives, Washington intrigue, etc. I guess the media is too distracted by the financial meltdown and a very interesting presidential election to give this the attention it deserves. But at least we have something to look forward to in the 111th Congress a this torrid tale of lust and power unfolds! Can't wait...
