Streisand's Goddaughter Allegedly Kicked Ass

Barbra Streisand's goddaughter threatened to kill a woman, according to legal papers just filed.

Caleigh Peters, the daughter of Jon Peters (former BF of Babs), just was slapped with a restraining order, prohibiting her from contacting, harassing or threatening Katie Krause. In her papers, Krause says, "Caleigh Peters grabbed my head, pulled my hair, threw me to the ground, kicked and punched me repeatedly, kneed me, bloodied my nose, scratched my face and my arms at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood."

Krause also claims, "Caleigh Peters threatened to kill me...and told me to prepare to die."

And it ain't the first time Peters has been accused of similar conduct. Last year, a "Deal or No Deal" model also got a restraining order against Peters. Laura Mary Shields claimed she was "violently" attacked by Peters at an L.A. restaurant.

A rep for Peters could not be reached. Katie Krause declined comment.

10. #6, seems like you've missed a few chapters in Babs' life. He absolutely was her boyfriend...some said svengali...they produced a few movies together (Main Event and Star is Born at least, if not more, right?). Pick up one of the many books on her. He gets a lot of ink.

11. As I recall, wasn't she the girlfriend of that slug, Sean Steward. He's definitely not dealing with a full deck, sounds like it rubbed off on her. I thought she was being primed by her mother to be the next teen idol a few years ago. Wonder what happened?

14. that name sounds sooooo familiar! i think there was a Caleigh Peters who was a singer....she did some songs for a disney movie...i think it was that ice princess movie. if she's Barbra Streisand's goddaughter then there's your connection! hmmm...i wonder what disney has to say about this! lol

15. I just looked up her photographs on IMDB. She couldnt' possibly weigh more than 80 lbs. Anybody who lets this little stick knock them to the ground deserves to be on the ground. Yeah, all of 80 pounds and she's telling people, "prepare to die" - That is hilarious.
