31. When a cop asks you to do something like move or disperse, it's the best idea to do it right then, not at YOUR convenience like that a-hole tried to do! We have no idea what the cops were called for, so you can't assume why they asked him to move. The guy decided not to move and probably felt the cameras being present would add to his power to resist a lawful command. He bet wrong. The cops also gave him multiple requests, so too bad for the fool who decided not to listen. And I bet that many of the people screaming Police Brutality are the same ones bitching about intrusive paps.

This isn't Nazi Germany or Stalin's Russia, this is America, he was on a public sidewalk, what was he supposedly doing wrong. Regardless, the treatment of him by the police was unmerited - five cops to push around a report on his telephone.

34. I have family who are officers they are stupid people by any means so stop bashing...they were doing their jobs. There are alot of news reporters and camera crews in Denver right now......if you look at the beginning of the video the guy is standing in front of a doorway/ shop the cops were probably trying to keep the flow on the sidewalk. Also, when a officer tells you to move you do it...it is usually for a good reason. There are a few things that are hard to hear that the guy is saying to the cop there was probably a reason he did what he did I am not saying it was right. But, what led to the pushing and being asked to move is not in the video. We can only guess.....The throat grab wasnt cool and I find it amusing the one officer at the end appeared to be eating something...could it not have waited until he was finished with the arrest?
