Carmen Electra has sued a company very few people even care about, but what she says about herself in the suit is priceless.

Carmen claims Payment Data Systems made a deal with her for some kind of merchandising agreement and the company, aka the defendant, stiffed her.

Now the good part. The lawsuit claims, "Plaintiff [Carmen] is an extremely well-known and immensely popular actress, model and spokesperson, who has appeared in numerous films including among other recent productions 'Epic Move,' 'Scary Movie 4,' and 'Cheaper By the Dozen 2.'"

She wasn't even in Cheaper By the Dozen 1.

Carmen Electra is not one of the Hollywood/LA freaks or degenerates, she's quite the opposite; healthy, promotes health and exercise, has a great sense of humor and well her appearance has always been something that could invigorate a national dream (sorry but that phrase entered my head, it's an election year) if not a world of foxy partying. You'll notice she doesn't hang around with the self-destructive crazy types, but she does like to have fun and dance. I LIKE THE WOMAN!!!

19. I'm not trying to defend the woman but coincidentally, this factoid showed up in this weeks issue of Entertainment Weekly. I'll leave it up to everyone else to interpret why the dollar amount given is the number it is.

20. Hey, Get out of Town, you made me laugh, thanks. You may have even corrected me on that "hanging around with self-destructive crazy types" but only because hey, if you live around LA doesn't everyone meet them now and again? But I still have massive affection for the Carmen human.

Her movies do well. Carmen isn't an A-list lead actress, but her movies do great as ensemble pieces and Carmen can now take on lead characters easily. It's time she did something more substantial than pure comedy, although the comedy should keep going, she's good at spoofing characters. I think she's found herself a good niche in the movie market.

Carmen, I'm sending a hug to you, use it when it's convenient.

22. LMAO well I'm a fat, lazy, unemployed, redneck. Maybe I should sue LL Bean for stealing my outdoorsman persona, because Im so popular and talented at being lame. It is amazing how these celebreties become so full of themselves. Oh wow, Ive pretended to be something I'm not in front of a camera a few times. Granted she's hot, rich, well known... but when you start buying into the "I deserve special treatment because of said popularity" mentality, you become that ever-amusing, I think Im so great eventhough Im rediculously conceted, douche bag. Never thought Id do it... but there it is, Carmen Electra, has offically become an official douchebag in my book.

23. Whew! Excuse me, bitter and with low self-esteem, a table not near the kitchen.....Carmen's body is fake, blah, blah, blah....so is 90% of Hollywierd, get over yourelves.

Carmen is beautiful and has a great bod.....the only problem I have is picturing her with Dennis Rodman.....ehhhhhhhhh ickkkkk!
