Ed McMahonWe've confirmed the guy who went into escrow to buy Ed McMahon's house has pulled out of the deal.

We're told the buyer never came up with any cash ... which means the whole thing sounds phony. The escrow was opened without a deposit, but the buyer never put his money where his mouth was.

So that leaves Ed with no place to live if the house does go into foreclosure ... which again leads to the doorstep of Donald Trump. Trump has said he'd step in again and buy the house and lease it back to Ed for life. Our sources say Donald has offered a low ball offer already, but that's it.

We're told Trump has had discussions with Ed's realtor, Alex Davis, since the deal fell apart last Thursday. Will Donald save the day or is this a publicity stunt? We know the stumbling block with Trump is price -- he hasn't offered what Ed wants/needs to get the monkeys off his back.

Also ED has so many rich ass friends, I can't believe anyone would spend more than one second feeling bad for him.
Like someone said, look at all the families in financial woes right now.
He should thank God he's got all the support.
I am sick of hearing about Trump too, People put him on a pedestal because he is rich. So the f uck what? You can't take it with you. He has F'***D soooo many people ! Karma man, Karma. Trump, his stupid wife and ugly daughter think money is absolutely the most important thing. It sn't. Your health is. If you don't have your health, you have NOTHING. I dont care if you are a BILLIONAIRRE. I am sick of hearing it.

Tell Ed if he can he needs to File Chapter 13. go to the bankruptcy court file an emergency hearing put all his creditors down and that will stop the foreclosure or he needs to take the lender to court and challenge them. ask to see the original Note if they cant provide it then they can take his house. there is a man in florida who has been fighting his lenders and the lenders lost this man has not paid his mortgage after the hearing and i believe it has been 1-2 years already.

34. Why should anyone help Ed out of his poor choices in his financial world? Why does he need such a big house anyway? If Donald Trump really wants to help out people in need, I live in a beach town that is crawling with homeless people. Donald why not help them just to have a roof over their head, and a warm meal now and then. America wake up!! Look around you, we have so many mansions on the hill where maybe more than one person lives in the monster. Thousands of people each day are now being locked out of their homes because of the greedy people who were able to make a lot of money off of the Liar Loans and now where are these people? For example, what has happened to Mozillo, the founder of the biggest Liar Loan company Countrywide, and co-founder of IndyMac.

Who was the lender on Ed's loan, and the loan officer and let't not forget the Real Estate Broker, do you ever wonder how much money these folks made off of this big purchase? Wonder how these folks can even sleep at night!!

35. At this rate Ed's current wife will walk away with nothing when she divorces him. She must feel so cheated & dirty. If all of Ed's ex-wives chip in a few bucks, that should eliminate the debt. 36. How embarrassing for Mr McMahon's soiled laundry being aired all over the country. Better to have kept his situation locked tightly behind closed doors and wait for someone like Mr Trump to come along to bail him out . Then, he and his wife appeared on Larry King , degrading themselves by practically crying poverty. My God, have they no pride? I wonder what Johnny Carson would have said about this?
