I never said they should bring their child collection with them. I said they should be there. Maybe they could use their billions to help load a few buses, help with the evacuation. Get their hands dirty.

I'm sure there will be cameras there taking their pictures that they can sell on the internet and give a portion to charity.

One hundred miles to the Jolie-Pitts is a charted plane away. They really could do more considering the publicity they generate for themselves.

Mel, you are so off base- Get a gripe. You mus be a fan of that whiny Jennifer. Jennifer needs to get off the pitty pot. JA is the ultimate desperate woman. Brad wanted a family, JA kept putting it off and I don't think Jennifer never wanted a baby because she will gain weight. Brad and Angelina are real and help the needy. Brad has done so much work in NO and given so much of his own money to NO community. And why shouldBrand &Angelina fly in the middle of a hurricane?
Why should Brad and Angelina use money loading up buses- From what I understand, they had buses left over.

And just last week you were all crying about Brad showing his face at the Venice Film Festival where he was contractually obligated to show up to promote his film, "Burn After Reading." Now, this is same is group is saying why isn't he here in New Orleans helping in front of the cameras and also for him to go away already??

The Jolie-Pitts are trying to do just what they said they would do and that was to take the rest of the year off to just be a family together, get adjusted to the new additions, have some much needed down time and be out of the spot light. Are you haters happy? NO!! You are mad he went for took Maddox out for his Birthday. You are mad he took Z and his parents out for a day to play. You are mad he went to the Venice Film Festival. NOW YOU ARE MAD HE ISN'T SHOWING UP TO BOARD UP HIS HOUSE AND HELP OTHERS TO EVACUATE???

What the heck....you haters are absolutely ridiculous. And the day before yesterday there were reports that Angelina slipped in the bath and was rushed to the hospital and gossip sites were reporting a break-down by "supermom" and the search engines went mad looking up "Angelina Jolie" that her "X-Factor" rating shot straight up to number ONE!!! YOU SAY YA HATE HIM, BUT FACE IT, YOU CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THEM!!!!

CNN says that Brad's Make It Right homes to which he has donated $5 million rode out the storm well. So maybe others should take a look at these home designs, which architects from all over the world helped design including architects from Holland who know how to build barriers to hold back THE SEA successfully. Brad and Angelina manage to take care of their family, do their jobs, and work together to help others. They don't say anything negative about anyone ever because they are very good people which is more than can be said for some here. Everyone needs to help in any way you can, 2 more hurricanes are about to hit Florida and the East coast.

Hello??? The word is that Pitt and Jolie sold their New Orleans house some time ago. Yes, that's the house, but no, they are not the owners anymore. The live in the South of France now. Did you notice?

Actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie EACH earn approximately $40 million dollars per year (at least). In fact, their "work" is far more pleasure than the actual work of most others. In fact, Pitt and Jolie donate a very small fraction of their income through their philanthropic Jolie-Pitt Foundation to their various causes. Let us not over-glorify what is essentially hype. Find some real heroes. They are out there.

OH PLEASE < they built a few houses and adopted a coupla kids , it is not like Joliepitts found a cure for cancer.

I could care less about Jen as you so familiarly call her as if you know all these people personally. Let me tell you that took a few minutes to figure out who the hell you were talking about. But I liked the show Friends most of the other stuff she has done is crap. By the way you have know idea what broke up their marriage so don’t pretend to be their marriage counselor. I could play devil’s advocate and assume maybe she didn’t want to have kids with a guy she thought would and eventually did end up being unfaithful to her. Either way it’s all speculation.

The problem I have with celebrities like the Jolie-Pitts are they are making money off of these children that they adopt. Oh yeah they give a portion to charity but really break the numbers down. I give more than them percentage wise. I make much less than your average celebrity and I am giving and volunteering my time at a percentage rate that almost doubles the Jolie-Pitts. I am even willing to go out on a ledge here and assume you donate to charity as well. I will bet you your percentage compared to your net worth is higher than theirs too.

I also have a serious problem with child collectors. The Jolie-Pitts are hardly the first people on the planet to collect children as a hobby. They are not even the first celebrities to do it. Woody and Mia did too. Later Woody began sleeping with and married one of the adopted children. Maybe that situation has soured my opinion of child collectors especially the self absorbed celebrity kind.

There are many people who donate huge amounts of money throughout the world. I worked on many a fund-raising campaign from everything to Hurricane Andrew to 911 and Hurricane Katrina. Some of the checks I have deposited would shame the Jolie-Pitts and the donators (wish I could name them but legally not allowed) never asked for any spotlight. They didn’t bask in the glow of their fans who worshiped them for their donation.

Oh BTW political contributions are not sealed. You can find out exactly how much money a celebrity is pumping into a campaign. Starving children around the world shudder.
