"Office" Star -- No Hard Labor on Labor Day

9/1/2008 11:37 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

If Craig Robinson were just Craig Robinson from around the way -- instead of Craig Robinson from "The Office" -- he'd probably be behind bars today.

But Craig figured it out...when you're caught with a pharmacy of illegal drugs, just hire legal titan Blair Berk. The go-to lawyer got him a slap on the wrist two weeks ago, and he was chowing down at Katsuya in Hollywood last night.

Justice can be delicious.

I guess it really is a slow celebrity news day when you're trying to turn THIS into a story. You guys need to read the ACTUAL news to see penalties handed out to non-Office actors (to call this guy a "star" is beyond stretching). Just as an example-a teenage girl near where I live was driving drunk and hit a woman (who was on her way home from church, of course). She KILLED the woman and the girl got a year probation. Her drunk driving KILLED someone and she didn't serve jail time. I can't imagine what you guys would do if Paris or LiLo did something even remotely THAT bad. If this guy keeps getting busted, he will do time. Right now, he's only hurting himself. It's not like he's dealing.

Get a reality check guys. There are plenty of reasons people should be annoyed with celeb behavior. THIS isn't one of them. (I'm not talking about the drug use-I'm talking only about the punishment they get.)

It breaks my heart to see craig in this situation. We went to college together and this guy wouldn't be caught doing any drugs or drinking. I can't believe Hollywood got to him like that. Craig...hang in their bro.
