109. Whether Obama's parents were married should not be an issure. Sure it is better for children to have a happy two parent childhood, but it is quite possible for a child to overcome his single parent childhood and rise to great heights. What does matter is if Obama lied about it, which I am not sure he did.
BTW I wish I could vote for Obama because of his charisma, but I cannot, his energy policies (no drilling), the fact that he wants to raise taxes (we pay too much already, and I sit here and watch the inept gov't waste it! I can balance my checkbook--and I don't waste money on stupid useless projects), and the fact that he wants to create a bigger government (let the American people continue to take care of themselves--give us something to strive for and we will surprise you with what we can do).

111. It is not worth commenting on the news casters dumb mistake, but I wonder how many step-mothers and half-brothers and sisters Obama has. And can he name them. We know that his grandmother was 1 of 15 wifes his grandfarther had.
And by the way Obama's father says said he had less than 20% black and that he was an Arab. So I guess Obama is an octoroon.

JUNEAU -- Gov. Sarah Palin shocked and awed just about everybody around the Capitol on Wednesday when she announced she's expecting her fifth child.
The governor, who recently turned 44, told a handful of reporters as she was leaving work to expect a new member of the first family, then headed to a reception at the Baranof Hotel to feast on king crab.
Palin said she's already about seven months along, with the baby due to arrive in mid-May.
That the pregnancy is so advanced astonished all who heard the news. The governor, a runner who's always been trim, simply doesn't look pregnant.
Even close members of her staff said they only learned this week their boss was expecting.
"I thought it was becoming obvious," Palin said. "You know, clothes getting snugger and snugger."
But people just couldn't believe the news.
"Really? No!" said Bethel state Rep. Mary Nelson, who is close to giving birth herself.

119. I doesn't matter how many dads Barack has, or how many mothers for that matter. The majority of this country is a product of split and or blended families. Barack is going to make a better president BECAUSE of his diverse background. My father is black, but I am totally white on the outside, so what does that really matter... I mark african american on all my forms because I'm proud of my heritage. I can't WAIT to vote Barack into office in November. What I can't wait for even more is to see all of you McCain backers eat your words when you see what Barack can do. Can't wait.

120. This is just too funny! Two fathers? I suppose he was a product of a virgin birth. Yes, Obama is for change. If he is elected for president, that is what we will be living on; what little change he leaves us from our dollar. Tax the hell out of corporations and small businesses, so when they go under, we will be able to enjoy all the "free" government programs. I choose to be Republican, because not everyone can be on welfare.
