Fiddy Wants Kid About One-Fiddeenth of the Time

50 Cent is going through a whole lotta baby mama drama -- for not a whole lotta time with his kid.

Sources close to the case tell us Fitty wants visitation with 11-year-old Marquise every other weekend, and that's it.

So three separate cases and a whole slew of legal bills -- for not a lot of face time with the kid.

The pair are due in court next Monday.

UPDATE: We're told by Mr. Cent's lawyer Brett Kimmel that he's also looking for a month during the summer and access during school recesses. His request, says Brett, "maximizes the time the child can spend with his father while remaining sensitive to the child's own schedule."

4. I think it is nice to see someone respect the child's schedule instead of disrupting it to make themselves look good to the public. This is the way custody used to work before parents started thinking about themselves and they way they appear to others first.

8. it's truly sad to see that he olny wants to spend so little time with HIS Son. I beleive that a young man needs his father to teach him how to be a man, and i also beleive that it's a copout when he say that its becaues of the scedule of the son. Let me tell you i think that the boy woyld rather spend time with the father who is well known around the world verses the time that he is given him.

This seems like it might have to do with the mother and he alloying his feeling with her to affect the boy.

I'll pray fo them but i would not purchase any of his music because for a man to not be there for his child get non of my or my families money.

9. Every other weekend is pretty much standard in visitation usually with a couple of hours one night mid-week. Given that 50's schedule is probably pretty crazy it is better that he stick with a schedule rather than say well, I can't see you this Wed. Kids want and need stability and consistency. Shame on TMZ for making this like 50 is out for the bare minimum.....this is really about Mom's wanting to limit his visitation out of spite.

12. I feel so sorry for 50!!!! He just seems like such a good man!! Don't you guys agree?? The mother of his child is giving him such a hard time, when all he wants is to just to spend quality time with his one and only child. The only difference between what he is asking for and "normal" father visitation is a couple of hours on Wednesday evenings. Get a grip TMZ and you other posters that fell for TMZ's sensationalism.
