16. Once upon a time Dane was funny..when he told jokes..NOT stories #10. Saw him on Comedy Central back in 2003 and even turned some friends on to his act..But, the Vicious Circle show was crap, and having watched that, and a few of his movies, he lost me as a fan. He sucks now, but, as the house is proof..being a hack=mega jack$$.. Just ask Carlos Mencias!

17. dudes is just a different kind of humor. Do you really need obvious jokes rammed down your throat.."men are like this, black people are like this, heres the difference between this" I love Dane, I think he's so refreshing and if you turn to Comedy Central and check out the sad saps on Friday Night Stand up you'll see what I mean. He talls stories about stuff that happens to all of us that you dont really realize is funny until you step outside yourself and look at ridiculous the things we do really are. I'm a fan, good for you Dany-Dane, you deserve the new mansion.

18. Dane Cook is hilarious.
The house is great, the decor sucks, the view is awesome.
My dog craps on lawns and I hate to pick it up as well.
The rest of you all suck and are sad that you aren't funny.

30. Did it ever occur to you that he got his dog from a RESCUE SHELTER? Dane is MORE wonderful on the INSIDE than he is in dealing with douchbag lying landlords. Ask that landlord who is still finding the same size and color POOP on his lawn recently.
