226. If Barrack is so great then why be afraid to have Palin on as a matter of public interest? When candidates are screened out discriminately from public forums it just taints our political process. I would think we would all want as much information as is possible about all of our candidates--aren't informed voters better voters?

231. Ellen is clearly pro-Obama but was gracious enough to invite McCain on for some tough questions. They were both honest although they disagree on some issues. It was refreshing to see. Love them both, but Ellen's fairplay is one reason she is overtaking the Oprah train! psg

233. Well Oprah has no children but she is an expert on raising children. She is not married, but is an expert on what makes a marriage work. She has never been in politics, but now she is the certified master WOMAN OF Knowledge in the fact that Obama is the next best thing to Jesus. Oprah, I used to be a fan but dropped out a long time ago. Why don't you just stick to being a tv talk show host and stay out of poitics. We have enough idiots involved as it is. I will say that Govenor Palin is a breath of fresh air compared to the likes of Joe (Plagerism) Biden, Barrack ( 140+ days as a US Senator) Obama, Harry (Cut & Run) Reid and Edward (Drown Mary Joe Kapeckney - Hiccup Edward) Kennedy, just to name a few. Get a life and quit telling everyone what they are supposed to think and do.

234. I am so seriously over you "make nothing out of something" Republicans. You have nothing to stand on when it comes to the issues so you have to manipulate the ignorant with ridiculous and pathetic non-stories to try and take the focus off what really is important in the world today. First, it was the "lipstick on a pig" comment...which, if anyone with any common sense heard, would have known what context it was put in. Now this Oprah thing...are you kidding me? I truly didn't think it could get any more sickening than this. Why don't you get your little girl Palin to actually take an interview with any reputable news agency first, then whine and cry about not getting asked to go on Oprah. The fact is, Oprah decided not to have ANY politician on her show after Barak announced he would be running for President. She didn't want to make HER SHOW a political platform for anyone. She can endorse whoever she wants...but she did not do this on her show or even make mention of Obama after he announced he was running. So please, please don't play the victim with me or anyone else in this country with a tinge of common sense. And for those women out there who were Hillary supporters and now are planning to vote for John McCain because of Palin...you should be ashamed of yourselves! No true Hillary supporter would EVER vote for John McCain. This just proves to me that you didn't know the issues, Hillary's beliefs or what she stood for. Palin and Hillary are complete opposites in every way possible, except for being women. And if you don't think that Sarah Plain won't set women back a 100 years if she finds her way into office, than you have another thing coming! Please grow up...finally think for yourselves...do a little research and you might actually find out the FACTS instead of having the Republican spin machine brainwash you. 235. Oprah is over and the Democrats can blame her for losing the election again. She picked another loser like Phil McGraw and the guy whose book turned out to be a fraud. Oprah has tried pushing Obama into the White House in her bid for power and it won't work. Good riddance to Oprah Winfrey and Gail King! May they both take their hedonistic lifestyles and rot.

Oprah is being punished for her sins which are HUGE and MANY. She treats that Gayle King like she's some sort of queen and her own family like dirt. Of course Gail is a yes person and has encouraged Oprah into becoming the depraved person she is today.

239. I can't stand Oprah. Ever since she endorsed Obama for Prez I dislike her even more. She gives the impression that she has all the answers to everything. Oprah is a Rich, Celebrity Talk show host that is Extremely Prejudice & Racist herself & uses her So-Called Power to influence the American people to think her way. I don't give alot of credit or have alot of respect for Celebrities like her who think they are a God anyway.

240. Did I miss something, I don't remeber none of the Presidential or VP nominees ever being on Oprah, so why all this fuss over Sarah Palin. Oprah endorsed Obama, but has she in any way used the Oprah show to promote Obama. All this talk of prejudice is so painful to me, it actually has brought out the truth that we have camoflouged for so long. When I look at the problems that we are having as a nation I just know we have to take a new course, a refreshing prospective on what things could be. Republican, Democrat, black or white we are all human beings, When I first started writing this comment I was mad but towards the end I am sad, sad to see that we can attack each other so viciously over a 60 minute talk show.
