File under the category of Rarer Sighting than Sasquatch. Lil' Wayne actually showed up for court today in New York.

The guy who canceled a court appearance because of dental problems showed up for his weapons possessions case, even after he was partying 2,475 miles away after the VMAs in L.A.

We're told Mr. Lil' was "attentive" and "wide awake" -- meaning, he actually kept his eyes open.

17. there are alot of racist h8ters on tmz... yea he got caught with drugs and guns but he didnt hurt anyone... all the guns are legally registered ...and you know he's NOT a drug dealer... maybe cops should pull over your fav rock band and lets see how much drugs they have...

19. to anyone that has anything negative to say about lil wayne preferrably the people calling him a disgusting little creature and a racist shud all shut the hell up.
u dont like lil wayne bcuz hes black. (so therefore ur the racist pig).
he is an amazing artist and any normal music loving person wud realize that.
