That's what could happen tomorrow if Damon Dash's ex-GF and baby mama doesn't bring the rap mogul's son Damon II to court. She was supposed to show yesterday with the boy, but was nowhere to be found -- and the judge in the case says she'll issue a bench warrant if she doesn't come to court with the kid.
DD the elder has sole legal custody. Last week lil' Damon went to his mom's house in Long Island and hasn't returned yet.
