Sources tell TMZ Balthazar Getty's wife won't be the one filing for divorce.

We're told Rosetta Millington will not pull the trigger on the marriage and the reasons are, to say the least, interesting. Rosetta is not exactly rolling in cash, nor is Balthazar for that matter. The philandering Getty is getting zilch from the family fortune. He is, however, pulling in a fair amount of money from "Brothers and Sisters."

We're told Rosetta doesn't want to declare the marriage over, which would allow him to separate future earnings from her. She's the one raising their four kids and she feels she's more financially secure if she doesn't file for divorce.

And there's one more big thing. We're told the Getty family is so appalled at Balthazar's affair with Sienna Miller, they are supporting her -- in more ways than one. So why rock the boat?

26. yes, Team Rosette! I can't believe he has don her so dirty & not even tried to hide it. this really makes him look bad. And the thing is is she probably loves the guy. My advice to her would be don't have sex with him with out a condom from now on. don't know what he caught from Sienne "slut" Miller. Rosetta is fairly attractive - more attractive than sienna. and she's probably a devoted wife and mother. He doesn't even deserve her!

27. Good for Rosetta taking the high road. Doncha just bet Sienna is having a major fit because Rosetta and the children won't quietly disappear. After all her work flaunting the affair in Rosetta face, practically daring her to divorce Ballzy. Sienna's not going to be easy to live with. She'll not let it rest till she gets her way. Poor little Sienna, things just aren't working out, are they? Ballzy gonna get tired of her sh*t real quick. There's no nooky in the world worth that.

28. If he is the one who wants out of the marriage, he should be the one to pay for it. They have four children, one of which is not yet a year old. There is responsibilitie that should be accounted for.

Also, he should have been wiser about getting involved. You should not get involved unless you are LEGALLY separated. A legal separation puts a date to the separation so there is no wonder when you start dating again. Who's to say he didn't start his fling with Sienna Miller when he was still living with his wife?

29. Great, now his daughters will learn to compromise their self-esteem and happiness and stay with their future cheating husbands and the cycle will continue because that's what mom did. Staying together "for the kids" is a joke and does more harm than good. Loving yourself and respecting yourself is the greatest lesson you can impart to your children.

30. Unfortunately, there are no winners here. Even if Rosetta decided to take him back because of the children, I would not trust him again. It's obvious that he would rather be with another whether it be Sienna or the next young thing that tickles his fancy. I'm totally on Rosetta's side, but please leave this man, he will have to pay child support, you deserve a man that loves you, not another woman. Life is so short to waste it on a cheating man.
