Balthazar's Wife -- File Your Own Damn Divorce

Sources tell TMZ Balthazar Getty's wife won't be the one filing for divorce.

We're told Rosetta Millington will not pull the trigger on the marriage and the reasons are, to say the least, interesting. Rosetta is not exactly rolling in cash, nor is Balthazar for that matter. The philandering Getty is getting zilch from the family fortune. He is, however, pulling in a fair amount of money from "Brothers and Sisters."

We're told Rosetta doesn't want to declare the marriage over, which would allow him to separate future earnings from her. She's the one raising their four kids and she feels she's more financially secure if she doesn't file for divorce.

And there's one more big thing. We're told the Getty family is so appalled at Balthazar's affair with Sienna Miller, they are supporting her -- in more ways than one. So why rock the boat?

34. Early on RG's friends said that RG had supported the family herself until her cheating skank of a husband landed his role in B&S. I have no doubt that RG would have taken advice before deciding what to do. And fair enough BG is the one who stepped outside his marriage. If he wants to set up house with his fellow skank then let him file for divorce no one said RG had to fall in line with what SM was hoping for when the news of the affair broke remember SM friends saying that SM was thrilled when BG announced that he and his wife had separated and that she was hoping BG & RG would divorce quickly so that they (BG&SM) could get married and live happily ever after! It was also stated by RG's friends that the Getty family were supportive of RG one would think that if as was claimed by SM's friends SM was accepted by the Getty family they would have demonstrated that acceptance of her before now? So kudos to the Getty family for walking their talk.

36. Let Bzar file. He's the cheating loser. He's the one that left four little children to take up with a skank-has-been-actress who blackballed in Hollywood. ALL of her future projects have fired her. From what I've heard, no one is taking her calls, she's poison. Now she's resorted to spending hand over fist on new PR to try and salvage what's left of her clothing line. She can't even get Target interested. HAHAHAHAHA Guess who gets the last laugh Sienna!

It won't be long before he is miserable with his little home-wrecking slut - she will be whining for him to get a divorce and he'll be broke but in the end once the "thrill" is gone she will move on to wreck someone else's home. 45. If she was the wageearner for the bulk of the marriage (many years of his not making it), maybe she had gotten advice saying she might be stuck giving him alimony. That would be enough for her to want as much time as possible of the marriage where he's finally making some $.
