Balthazar's Wife -- File Your Own Damn Divorce

Sources tell TMZ Balthazar Getty's wife won't be the one filing for divorce.

We're told Rosetta Millington will not pull the trigger on the marriage and the reasons are, to say the least, interesting. Rosetta is not exactly rolling in cash, nor is Balthazar for that matter. The philandering Getty is getting zilch from the family fortune. He is, however, pulling in a fair amount of money from "Brothers and Sisters."

We're told Rosetta doesn't want to declare the marriage over, which would allow him to separate future earnings from her. She's the one raising their four kids and she feels she's more financially secure if she doesn't file for divorce.

And there's one more big thing. We're told the Getty family is so appalled at Balthazar's affair with Sienna Miller, they are supporting her -- in more ways than one. So why rock the boat?

47. Give him hell, Rosetta. California is community property so you get yourself a smart lawyer. You not on deserve half of everything, plus child supporty, plus more because you supported him while his acting career was taking off. Let's see how much Sienna will want to be with Balthy.

48. This story is a sad commentary on the State Of Their Union! Especially sad is the fact that BG seems to have absolutely no "moral fabric" wrapped around what is probably his very tiny prick! But SM wouldn't know how small it is anyway, considering she is a size - 0, remember, size is relative! In that vein (ugh,) BG should take comfort, since the kids are so little they think he's a REAL BIG PRICK!

50. I'm just wondering how secure Balthazer's job is on "Brothers and Sisters", given all the bad press. Wondering if they will kill off his character on the show. I love that show!! Why didn't they play it in re-runs over the summer??? Last season was the best season of all. Would have loved to have watched it all over again!!! ABC always screws up their best shows by messing-up the schedule, switching things around and pre-emptng them to where viewers can't find their favorite shows to watch. Their network is very mismanaged.

53. Rosetta is a beautiful, accomplished, intelligent woman. Why would her husband want used hamburger when he has steak?
Mr. Getty and Sluttyienna are two very disgusting people. Can you imagine sending their innocent children on court appointed
visits to these two? There young minds would be corrupted! I hope their careers are ruined by this behavior

54. Rosetta looks so clean and pretty..and in every Sienna photo-op she looks so completely unwashed and looking like she just rolled out of bed without even wiping her business end. Sienna has had so much random wiener, so Balt should not be feeling like he is anyone special..unless being 389th in line is 'special'

TO ROSETTA....well....just milk the cow dry!!!! life goes on....don't give him the easy way out....no divorce.....anyways, your in-laws are on your side...you are not the one who did wrong....you are the aggrieved party.....you have nothing to be ashamed of....just continue raising your kids....kick him out of your residence because he doesn't have the "right" to be there...

TO BALTHAZAR & SIENNA... perhaps you deserve each other....live in sin....no divorce....that's adultery.....both of you do not have any conscience......it's not love.....just LUST.....

57. Balty sure has put his wife in a horrible position. She should do whatever it takes to keep herself and her 4 children afloat. Imagine being a single mother with four, count them, 4 children. Balty and Sienna are disgusting. This poor woman gives this piece of flatulence four beautiful children and this is how she is repaid.

59. i am on bedrest , never used this sites before this affair with getty and miller but when i heard about miller and getty i was interested because i must admit have never had much time for miller, when jude law had the affair with the nanny her mother and step mother came out with a vengance, he apologised and she was made to look like the victim. now it is all different,miller was not made to apologise by her parents, she again is the victim, i have time on my so checked back over comments made by getty and miller and interview etc .in the early summer getty could not be found, so producers asked matthew rhys, who did not even know they where together, considering they where friends, seems a bit odd. also getty and miller met last year for the first time introduced by matthew rhys, his wife was pregnant then .her people said he was sleeping on his friends sofa for 6 month, yet when asked at the end of june if he was seeing miller he said no and if he was going to divorce his wife he said" no, no truth in the rumour.in april mr and mrs getty attended the LA ANTIQUE SHOW OPENING PARTY, so still with his wife, maybe not happy in his marriage, that is not the point, i honestly think miller and getty have been together long before she finished with her boyfriend and that was just a screen for her affair with getty, they have told so many lies now i don't belief anything either of them says.they have been seen all over italy prague new york and LA with bothered really who saw them especially miller , she wanted this affair to come out in the open.miller said in one interview "monogamy is weird, it is an overstated virtue" tells me a lot. for god's sake her mother was in the photo's with getty and miller what kind of family is this. getty's wife just had a baby.i hope getty's family is there to support mrs getty. getty will have to live with all this on his concience.
