For Penn Badgley and a haggard Blake Lively in NYC, finding a taxi was almost as hard as finding people who actually watch their show.

And if the wait wasn't bad enough, when the eternally downtrodden duo finally did spot a cab, they got swooped on by a couple of "golden girls" waiting about ten feet up the street!

23. Actually millions of people watch their show and they are not just famous from Gossip Girl. Both Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movies were popular and he has a new movie coming out. And she is not hiding, if youve ever been to NYC, youd know how windy it is, so shes obviously trying to keep her hair from being blown all over the place.
