Caution: Madonna's Ex Free to Roam Again

Chris Paciello -- who dated Madonna and Naomi Campbell back in the day -- will not be prosecuted for an alleged August ass whooping.

As we first reported, Chris and the owner of Villa -- Reza Roohi -- spent a night in the slammer last month after allegedly hitting a guy with a car and then giving him the beating of a lifetime. The throwdown was captured on tape by a gas station surveillance cam. So, you ask, why no prosecution? Seems the camera showed the alleged victim flailing a knife.

Villa's uber-lawyer, Ronald Richards, said: "I believe that the video tape evidence exonerated my client." Ya think?

11. I was in jail onetime for beatin' the knickers of this one girl for callin' me a dirty fat pig. I met lotsa nice folks in there and we played dress up tea party.
