Dear TMZ - you are an entertainment website!!! You do a great job at it, really ... I'm addicted to your site, you fulfill my need for any news regarding Hollywood. But please stop interfering with politics. You may think that we want to hear what someone like Matt Damon has to say but all we care about is that they put out good - fictious - movies. If you insist on giving coverage to ACTORS and their political views -- then please take the time to get some avarage AMERICANS on your site as well. We are the ones that have to live by/with the laws our elected officials pass. It's clear from your coverage that the laws of this country do not apply to those in the entertainment industry.

Actually, the truly frightening thing here is being forced to pick between two evils. We don't need unqualified charismatic liberal pansies like Obama telling us what we want to hear now and then creating more unwanted bureaucracy, raising taxes, and negotiating with terrorists when they get in office. We also don't want trigger-happy out of touch politicians like McCain perpetuating our horrible, instigative foreign policy, bending over for lobbyists, and catering to irresponsible corporations.
When are we going to even consider other possibilities? Most of us don't even know there are other options out there, in part because Dems and Reps. want to keep it that way. The Libertarian party was sued by McCain's campaign to get them off the ballot in Pennsylvania! Isn't this the land of liberty? Why isn't this on the news when Paris, Britney, and fainting goats can make it on Anderson Cooper? I think we all deserve to at least HEAR what other candidates have to offer and should get to hear them all in the debates. I hope this doesn't sound like an ad for Libertarianism I only found out about their candidate Bob Barr a few weeks ago, but I think a lot of people would like what he has to say.

Regardless of whether you agree with damon or not he is still an American and has the right to his opinion and stated it just as others here have on this board. Only difference is people listen when they speak and don't listen when we speak. I say do not vote for anyone or not vote based on their sex, age, religion i believe that is called discrimination and is something that our country is trying to fight. Base it on experience and what their plans our for this country. Im almost positive one candidate wants to tax our retirement to benefit those that do not work. Uh, I think not, I'm taxed enough and help enough with my hard earned money.

there is a bipartisan website called factcheck.org that all of you crazies need to go to. by crazies i mean the ones saying "SHE IS A BOOK BURNER!" and things like that. do some research, read about it, know what you're talking about before you say it and make yourself sound stupid. that is not true. 90% of the bad things you hear about mccain/palin are stretches of the truth, if not out right lies. and i must admit, a good amount of the negative talk about obama is made up also.
