McCain Epic Fumble

I am from Nova Scotia and all I could make out was what sounded like"...Mayor of Nova Scotia?..." What was he thinking and why did noone around him smack him when they heard the stupid question he was asking?

Also, there are a lot of political opinions on here and even though I am from Canada I have kept an eye on some of the back and forth between your two primary candidates and it is unbelievable to me that ANYONE would vote for McCain! But I guess, this is a population that re-elected George W. Bush 2 TIMES!!!! COME ON!!! It is ridiculous! Obama has his drawbacks but every candidate will always have their drawbacks. Obama is like a breath of fresh air. Just wanted to voice my personal opinion since so many of you were.
