Lindsay Lohan now has a record in New York -- her signature is officially in an NYPD officer's memo book. We're guessing the autograph is sandwiched between field reports on hardened criminals -- or maybe between autographs of Heidi Klum and Elle Macpherson.

No arrests or breathalyzer tests were necessary.

6. where in the NYPD job description is it written: "Getting ex-drug addict's autographs, while in uniform". Also, if a criminal ran away from that guy, how far do you think that cop could chase him...2 maybe 3 feet? I hate cops and this is yet another reason why.
