Kanye West has just been arrested at LAX for felony vandalism.

A still photographer was trying to take pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. According to our guy on the scene, Kanye allegedly confronted the photog and smashed his camera to the ground.

Our photog then began videotaping the scene when Kanye's bodyguard grabbed our camera -- a struggle ensued and the bodyguard threw the video camera to the ground, breaking it.

When Kanye realized our camera guy had videotaped the incident, he rushed our guy and yelled, "Gimme that f**king tape!"

Both Kanye and his bodyguard have been arrested and will be booked.

136. I can't wait until one of these paps ends up in jail for stalking celebrities. How would any of you like to be followed and photographed every time you were out in public? They have a right to their privacy and this is the last time I log on to TMZ. You all are a bunch of bottom feeders.

139. Honestly, something is really wrong with him. Look at last years VMA's. He had a tantrum of a 2 year old. I mean, what if this was an ordinary tourist at the airport who just happen to be there when mister lunatic arrived, what if he did that to them, a fan. He is disrespectful to you, me and the media which are the reasons why he is even famous enough to be worthy of having his picture taken. What did the guy do? It was a still photographer, WOW, a fricken picture! I understand that this is an overwhelming industry and at times you just want to be alone, but hey, when you keep acting like a fool, you get unwanted attention. Afterall, you are in the biz, you know what you signed up for. If i took a picture of you would you break my camera too? And his bodyguard, whatta puppet. Boy, you just follow the leader, grow your own balls. TMZ, this one, I am totally on your side.

145. I'd rather listen to his music than the Dixie Chicks. Ya'll happy to see another black man arrested? How about using those pictures to snap shots of crooked cops or bogus congressmen instead of rappers, actors, and athletes? You know, people that really affect the lives of millions.

High time the paparazzi realized that permission is needed before taking a person's photograph.Lest they send our famous people to the world beyond like they did to princess Dianna.Their rights ends at press conferences and press briefings.No one has the right to take the picture(s) of another without permission.You can't send a man to jail because he refused you taking his photograph.

150. i cant believe the comments these people are writing about a musician, a real person, and an artist of the most complicated degree. i guess all press is good press. lol. he still paid, laid, and seeing things you'll never see in your dreams. God Bless Kanye, and his enemies. Ya'll sad people struggling to keep up with trend setters like himself. But i respect your opinion, not more than i respect Kanye.
