63. For all you dimwits, people on probation, as a condition of probation, must submit to searches of their home, car, person. It is not unconstitutional, as they have committed crimes and are being put back out in the general population of America on these conditions. Viiolations of probation CAN get you back into jail for the original sentence. Stop talking out your hoo hoo.

64. Remond, has been a drug addict for a while, (he was a preteen dope feign)! Ryan always came to visit him during his detention stays as a kid and so did Farrah (occasionally). Now, Ryan just has to ask for an adjoining cell, no need for a visitors badge. I don't give to cents for a drug addict that's worth $$$, I do feel for those that don't have the same resources to rehab. and good lawyers. Someone, call Betty Ford and get Tatums take on the situation :-(

67. Rikisjama: You're mostly right about the Republicans, unfortunately. I'm a registered Libertarian who has voted for both Democrats and Republicans in the past depending on what they were about. There are good and bad apples in both of those parties. The War in Iraq was/is so terribly illegal that I was willing to give the Democrats my vote. Unfortunately, Obama won the nomination. I was going to vote at that point, for my party's candidate or Ron Paul, but now that I know so much more about Obama, I may just have to vote for McCain to help insure we don't get a pro-Muslim (who claims to be Christian) in the White House.
Give careful thought to what this election will do. No, we don't want war mongers in the White House anymore, but are we ready to put Barack HUSSEIN Obama in there?

72. Ryan O'Neal's children can thank their father for showing them how to grow old without dignity. I really do like Tatum though. What a talent - with propoer guidance she would have been an A-list actress. An Oscar at 10 years old (which her father was so JEALOUS of) and a pretty girl at that. It seems to me that she really does try and she loves her kids - can't say as much for her father. Ryan can go jdidjddnbdb himself, but I hope his kids can survive him. That poor red haired kis has an ill mother (Farah F) and a worthless Dad. Maybe they are spoiled, but Ryan isn't helping any of them. He seems like a nasty man as well. Best thing would be to stay away from him.

75. John, You are a moron. Probation officers can legally do probation checks involving inspecting your house for contraband. If you decline these terms to your probation, then you serve that probation time locked up in jail. That's the deal.
