Hugh Grant ran into an obstacle in London last night -- an obstacle called a still cameraman. A frustrated Hugh asks the dude if he has a GF. The photog replies he does, which triggers the obvious question via Hugh -- does the photog have a c**k? For some reason, our own cameraman seems to know the answer.

Why is the TMZ video guy trying to stir shiz up? He even asked Hugh if he rented this girl. He also quite happily comments on the other photog in front of all your viewers... doesn't that amount to Libel?
