As for writing the book, do you have any idea of the legal fees she had to pay to testify against SP? I'll bet the book didn't cover all those fees, either. Here's a dime. Go buy a clue. 18. I think she should have bought a smaller less expensive house. Times are tough and one of the reasons is many bought at prices that were more than they could afford.

26. #8, I am not sure what terms you are using to calculate that monthly payment, but it seems it is out of the Gambino Family school of loansharking. A 440k home taken out at a normal bank calculates out to about $2,600 per month, not 12k per month. This payment assumes: no property taxes, a 20 year mortgage at 5.75% interest, and no money down (not possible these days).

28. Karma's a bitch. When you do evil, it comes back on you. That being said--If I see one more low income idiot on TV crying about losing their home, I'm going to puke. Buy a damn house that you can afford. Not a damn mansion. Somebody making 40,000 per year should not be buying a 350,000 house. I don't even want to hear about real estate scammers and misleading loan officers etc. You know damn right well what you can afford and what you can't. Losing your job and then losing your house is a different matter altogether,but people who got those ARMS are idiots and have no one to blame but themselves.

29. I pulled numbers out of my ass, I stated a person needs to make (earn) 12,000 per month. Assume PITI the monthly note is 3,000 or 3,500 someone could scrape by on 9,000 per month, but that wouldn't be 35% of income. I wouldn't buy a house with more than 30 - 35% of my monthly income.
Are you the salesman that over-sold her the house.

30. Hold up haters...if you people remember 2005 the prices of homes were a lot for nothing homes...You see now it is only worth $379000 if that... Mine was appraised at $400000 and was only a 1100 sq foot house...so stop with the hating...you people are full of envy, jealously and hate...get over yourselves...if it wasn't for her a killer would still be walking the streets and one of you could have been on his list next...
