How in the hell do you look like that after having a kid? I mean, do you all remember how big she was during her pregnancy? Wow, she looks great!

Mel B stopped into our local Subway, with her cute hubby a couple weekends ago, and she is very down to Earth. It was cool to see she didn't need to eat at fancy places all the time. I was good & let them be. If you're reading this Mel B, I didn't say hi or anything, not because I didn't recognize you, but because you need your private time too. Being treated like a regular human being should happen to celebs too, even in L.A.

Although I've never been into the Spice Girls, I loved Mel B. on Dancing with the Stars. I thought she was a very talented dancer and I loved her personality.

Don't dismiss the fact that Sarah Palin is Commander of the Alaska National Guard-- consider this.
Alaska is the first line of defense in our missile interceptor defense system.
The 49th Missile Defense Battalion of the Alaska National Guard is the unit that protects the entire nation from ballistic missile attacks. It's on permanent active duty, unlike other Guard units.
As governor of Alaska, Palin is briefed on highly classified military issues, homeland security, and counterterrorism. Her exposure to classified material may rival even Biden's and certainly by far exceeds Obama's.
She's also the commander in chief of the Alaska State Defense Force (ASDF), a federally recognized militia incorporated into Homeland Security's counterterrorism plans.
Palin is privy to military and intelligence secrets that are vital to the entire country's defense. Given Alaska's proximity to Russia, she may have security clearances we don't even know about.
According to the Washington Post, she first met with McCain in February, but nobody ever found out. This is a woman used to keeping secrets.
She can be entrusted with our national security, because she already is.

From one girl to another, Mel looks absolutely beautiful, her body is amazing! I want to know her workout routine. She's sculpted but not too thin. Also, I liked the gigs she did with Extra where she interviewed and critique the performers. She is sweet, funny, and has lots of personality.

She is only in charge of the guard when they aren't on duty. The minute they are deployed they come under the control of the Pentagon. And I don't care how close Alaska is to Russia, the Pentagon isn't telling its secrets to the governor.
