Sources tell us Travis Barker and DJ AM saved their own lives after their plane crashed by jumping out the door of the burning plane, almost immediately after the small jet came to a halt.
As we reported, both are at a burn center, but it could have been fatal. The Learjet was already on fire when they fled.
76. most of you people are absolutely stupid....they couldnt help the others, the pilots were completly on fire, the other passengers were thrown around the plane and died on impactg when it hit the embankment....what is wrong with you guys...travis and adam should be dead....quick thinking and quick actions lead them out of the plane....any additional time in the plane and they would be dead...the plane was completely on fire.....when theres no one else to save, you save your self

77. I live in Columbia, SC and I have a business in 5 Points where they played. And they were awesome!! I also saw the trooper video and have been to the crash site. How anybody survived is a MIRACLE. I never realized how many idiots there are until I read these posts. Yes, their lives are changed forever, but thank God we're not mourning 6 people.
