Wine-y "Taxi" Driver Causes Bottleneck Traffic

Here's the situation: After "Taxi" driver Judd Hirsch threw what appears to be an empty bottle of wine into his passenger seat after dinner last night, he forgets to pay the valet -- so he slams on his brakes in the middle of traffic, gets out of his ride with the car poking into the intersection and drops money on the ground when he tries to pay the guy.

And, by the way, there is obviously wine left in the bottle and that's why he's taking it with him. AND I believe your story "implies" he's drunk - but video shows he is clearly totally sober.
